Learn where every answer is in the book
Open-book exams reward people who know where to look. Explanations name the OSHA section, statute or code chapter behind each rule, and math questions show the working.
- Original questions written to each exam's official outline
- Trap answers called out, like OSHA's 4 ft vs 6 ft rule
- Practice by topic or mixed, with instant feedback

See your weak spots before the exam does
Your Readiness Score day by day, accuracy by topic with the weakest first, and every timed simulation against the pass line. One click on a topic starts a drill on it.
- Topic accuracy updates after every question
- Simulation scores plotted against the 70% pass line
- The Today list sends you to your weakest topic first

Remember it on exam day, not just tonight
Spaced repetition brings each card back right before you'd forget it. Cards you miss return in 10 minutes. Cards you know wait days or weeks.
- Flashcards per exam, built from the key facts that get tested
- 15 new cards a day, so reviews never pile up
- Mastery feeds straight into your Readiness Score

Turn every missed question into a point
Every question you get wrong is saved with its explanation. It only clears after you get it right twice in a row, so lucky guesses don't count.
- Re-test all your mistakes in one click
- See the right answer and the rule behind it
- Shows how many you've cleared, to keep you going

Walk in having done it before
Timed mocks with no feedback until you submit, the way test day works. Practise pacing so the clock never surprises you.
- Timed at a realistic exam pace: 2.5 minutes per question
- Quick 25-question mocks for a lunch break
- Two full simulations count toward the Pass Guarantee

Are these real exam questions?
No one can legally sell the actual exam questions. Ours are original questions written to match each exam's official content outline, format and difficulty, with an explanation and a reference for every answer, so you can check our work.
Is the content up to date?
We check every exam page against the board's current published information and show the date it was last checked. In 2026 that included California's $1,000 minor-work limit and North Carolina's license limits.
Do you include the reference books?
No. Open-book exams require the official references (you buy or rent those separately). Our explanations tell you where each answer lives so you learn to find it fast.
Are you affiliated with NASCLA, CSLB or any state board?
No. ContractorConquer is an independent exam-prep company. Exam names are trademarks of their owners, used only to describe what we help you prepare for.
