How to qualify
- Answer every question in that exam's question bank (100% covered)
- Read every study-notes topic for that exam
- Complete at least 2 full timed simulations, with your latest one at or above the exam's pass mark
- Reach a Readiness Score of 80 or higher (shown on your dashboard)
- Sit the official exam while your access is active, and within 60 days of meeting the requirements above
- Email your official score report within 30 days of your exam date

How to claim
Email support@contractorconquer.com from your account email with your official score report attached, within 30 days of your exam date. We confirm your dashboard requirements and refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

Why we can offer this
The Readiness Score only reaches 80 when you're consistently answering above the pass mark across the whole bank and under timed conditions. Hitting that bar is the best predictor of passing we can measure, so we're comfortable backing it with your money.
The fine print
- It covers your first official attempt at that exam after purchase.
- Requirements are checked against your dashboard data and activity history for the exam you sat. Rushed or random answering (for example, answering the bank far faster than anyone can read the questions) doesn't count.
- The refund is the price you paid us. Exam, application and board fees aren't covered.
- One refund per customer. The refund ends your access.
- Shared accounts and accounts used against these Terms aren't eligible.
- On All-Access, the guarantee applies to one exam of your choice that you studied for on ContractorConquer. On a subscription, the refund is the subscription payments you made, and we cancel the subscription.
- Single modules (Question Bank, Exam Simulator or Study Pack on their own) aren't covered, because the guarantee needs the full prep. Single Exam and All-Access are covered.
